Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for Navik Vacancies: Indian Coast Guard has issued notification against recruitment of Navik Vacancies. Eligible candidates apply through online mode for Navik (General Duty) from 14-01-2013 to 23-01-2013 (Changed to 28-01-2013 to 11-02-2013). Indian Coast Guard Vacancy Details:
Names of Posts: Navik (General Duty)
Age Limit: Candidate should born between 01-08-1991 to 31-07-1995. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 with 60% marks in aggregate from an education board recognized by Central/State Government.
Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test, Interview and Medical Examination.
How to Apply:  Candidates must apply online through the website www.joincoastguard.org from 14-01-2013 to 23-01-2013 (Changed to 28-01-2013 to 11-02-2013).
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.joinindiancoastguard.org.
2. Click on the ‘I Agree’ button and the ‘Online Application’ will be displayed.
3. Fill all the details in the Online Application form and click on ‘Submit’ button.
4. After Submission of application, candidates are required to take print two copies of the system generated application form.
5. Out of the two copies one copy enclosed with photocopies of all required documents duly attested by the Gazeted Officer should be carried by the candidate and submit at the recruitment centre.
6.Second copy without any enclosure is to be kept with the candidate as an identity proof during the selection procedure.
Important Dates:
Starting Date for Online Registration: 14-01-2013 (Changed to 28-01-2013).
Last Date for Online Registration: 23-01-2013 (Extended to 11-02-2013)

3. If your vehicle is ever stolen the gps system will track the vehicle and the authorities will be able to get it back in no time.

4. A gps system in a car, boat, plane or haversack will ensure that you are never lost.

5. A gps system streamlines supply chains and truck movements. The system can track goods at any point of time and accurately predict when goods will reach their destination.

6. Gps systems are used to detect structural problems in buildings and roads and to predict disasters like earthquakes and so on. The scientific applications of a gps system are many. 

7. A gps system can be used to locate a lost child, pet or family. The device is quite small and is like a watch or button on a collar. 

8. A gps is a great exercise monitor and will help you keep track of your spped and so on.
